This book promises so much and delivers far less. The ingredients are given in grams with no cross reference to determine accurate cup equivalencies. It is the same for Celsius and Farenheit oven readings. Where does the cook get "birch sugar" or "250 g. of quark?"
There are no photos of the finished products or nutritional information. I think, in the introduction, the author was trying to tell readers to avoid some heavily-laden, carb-rich foods, such as flour, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. However, the book has not been adequately proofed. This book was great in concept but not so good in execution.
