I only read this for the Kerrelyn Sparks story since it was part of her "Love at Stake" series. I tried to read the other stories, but they just weren't that great.

The only story I read in this anthology was "A Very Vampy Christmas" by Kerrelyn Sparks. When Maggie O'Brien won a part on the DVN network's "As the Vampire Turns" she was ecstatic. She came to New York just to meet Don Orlando and now she would be working with him. Billed as the Greatest Lover in the Vampire World, stories about Don Orlando and his conquests were everywhere. But when Maggie talks to Don, she finds a different side of him. He was turned four years ago and has no idea who he really is. Most of the stories about him are not true and he would like to break away from his life in the public eye. Maggie decides to help him find the truth.

This novella is part of Kerrelyn Sparks' Love at Stake series. It's a cute, humorous story about characters we met in previous books. If you're reading this series, make sure you don't miss this story. My rating: 4 Stars.

I only ready A Very Vampy Christmas by Kerrelyn Sparks, and this was a very good story and I was know what mostly happened when I read the other books but it was nice to actually read Maggie and Pierce (Don Orlando) story, and what really happened to Pierce when a voodoo priestess used a love spell and a memory spell on poor Pierce and who he was turned by Tootsie and Scarlet in New Orleans. With the help of 15 year old looking Ian McPhie Maggie and Peerce they find his family and his were shifting coyote uncle and a rabbit sister.
