Second (2nd) in the "Sullivan Series", this is an entertaining legal thriller about a Ventura County Probation Officer. Rosenberg is great at fast paced, adrenaline rush type plots, dialogue and characters. The story line keeps you guessing and the characters are interesting...all in all a very decent read that will keep you skipping TV until you reach the end.
Carolyn is a probation officer who works with depraved criminals. Her brother finds his girlfriend dead in his swimming pool and he has an alibi until the alibi backs out of it. The key to this is a killer already jailed and only Carolyn can get to the truth.
Great intriguing read -- much action; interesting characters! Hard to put down; with so many twists & turns - non-stop suspense!! What will or can happen next??
