I found the book to be interesting and mildly informative, but being a bit of an uber-geek myself, I knew much of the history in the book already. I think the author's weekly column at comicbookresources is a little more enjoyable and tends to deal with less well known characters. All-in-all though it was a good quick read and I'd definitely be interested in seeing other volumes.
