This is a beautiful, fascinating book! if you love Sushi as much as I do, you will truly love this book..it has gorgeous, mouth watering, crystal clear pics on each page, defining in detail what each one pictures is.
And the book takes oyu all thru the entire Japanese meal, with pictures of each item involved in the eating process, from accompaniment utensils, to the soup, and the plates and rice...yes! The RICE! a beautiful short expounding on how important rice is...even the Emporer grows a small field each year in honor of it.At the end of the book, you will be presented with all the instructions and the pictures to demonstrate each simple step, to creat your own Sushi meal at home. This is a wonderful book, and a perfect coffee table conversation piece also.I give it at least 5 Stars!!
