Everything was going well for Andi in her small home town. Her soaps shop was doing well and a bridal party will be coming in for a relaxing spa day. Things were going a little bumpy and then something horrible happens and the bride to be goes into a severe allergic reaction and dies. Andi knows that when she mixed that scrub she didn't put anything strawberry-related in it. Is it just a mere tragedy or something far more sinister?
A Suspicion of Strawberries was an easy read that can easily be finished in a day. The mystery is simple and is really only a mystery for about the first 50 pages or so. The romance was so-so. The heroine can't decide if she wants to settle down and marry the man she's been seeing for seven years. Half of the time Andi flip flops about whether she's letting life pass her by or if she's independent. (This does kind of wear the patience down a bit.)
