A successful, singer Londoner and a comfortable, Connecticut mother of two walk in each other's shoes for a month. A must-read for every modern woman who's ever considered the road not taken. A warm, realistic chronicle of two women who do more than wonder if the grass in greener on the other side of the Atlantic.

Well. I love the idea of this book. I love that it proclaims itself as a book that won't have a prepackaged happy ending. I love that the people in the book are not perfect, dreamboat people. I hate that the revelations themselves are obvious. I enjoyed this book, but I found parts of it to be somewhat grating.

I hate to admit because I am a huge Green fan, but I was disappointed after reading this book. It just wasn't as good as many of her others.

This book was only an ok read. I have loved her other books but this one did not grasp my attention like I had hoped it would. If this is the only Jane Green book you have read and you liked it, then you should read her others I think you would really enjoy them.

This was the first Jane Green book that I have read. It put me off a bit on the rest of her books sitting on my TBR pile. This book read very, VERY slow. At points, I was about to give up on it, but I needed to know how it ended. Pretty predictable ending, not the best writing. It'll be awhile before I pick up another of her books. I hope this was one of her worst because I had such high hopes!

Have you ever heard the saying "Walk a mile in my shoes?" Well this book takes it literal when two woman, one from the states and one from London, decide to swap lives with each other. One woman is a house wife with children the other a successful business woman, both unsatisfied with there lives. It is a great read, especially if you have always wondered what it was like to live someone else's life. It is full of hilarious moments and real life situations, witty, a great book, I couldn't put it down.

I've loved some of her other books. This one sounds better than it is. I love the idea, but very slow read. I was disappointed.

As simple and predictable as this book was- I could NOT put it down! I was a really good book. I liked that it seemed realistic and that it was funny. I could imagine all of the characters pretty well too,

My only complaint would be the dialogue. It was bit..um, the same for everyone. Its like all the characters had a somewhat british tone, even the american ones.

But other than that I would recommend for a fun read!

I thought this book took awhile to get going. Once the swap actually happened it became more interesting, but I feel the author rushed the ending. It was built up and up and then it just ended. I wish there had a bit more at the end. It was entertaining for a lazy summer read.
