An extremely entertaining read, this book by the disinherited grandson of the original inventor of the sugar packet and the famous sugarless sweetner, Sweet and Low, will appeal to almost anyone who enjoys reading. Not only is Rich Cohen's family story a fascinating one, but is filled with a wealth of well-researched tidbits regarding the history of Brooklyn, of sugar itself and all of the major alternative sweetners known to man.
