I loved the idea of this story, it has so many interesting concepts. A vampire on trial. A fae with a murky obligation to fulfill. Spellcracking. I have no idea what spellcracking is but it sounded like a of a lot of fun.
30% into the story and I Give Up. I'm bored and I really really want the character to stop drooping tiny bits of info and make with the getting somewhere part of the story. I'm sure there is a good story in here somewhere. But I can't find it.
