It didn't take long to realize why I go to Chinese restaurants instead of trying these at home. They call for ingredients I don't have at home. However, looking at the HOT AND SOUR SOUP, I realized these were true Szechuan recipes. Years ago, I researched this recipe (because I love it) and it was the same as this recipe.
