Should be required reading for every Christian. Except for Episcopalians, who don't understand "required." Unitarians should only have to read the nouns, since they improperly use other words as nouns.

Interesting story that I had never heard before. It was (hopefully) the last Christian kidnapping of this type (of which there were many), the reason it was the last was that the parents were able to get the story out, and most of Europe rose up in anger against the Pope "adopting" a boy he had kidnapped, and it basically was the key ingrediant in the downfall of the Papal States. There were a lot of characters to follow, and the story skipped around between the history of the Jews in the Papal States and this particular story, which, like many scandals, morphed into a court trial, so I had trouble following who was who.
