This is not as good as the first two. this one "needs" too much. It needs leaps in your imagination beyond what a fiction book should need, it needs you to embrace things that you may not understand. I liked the Chicago setting, I like the crazy antics and humor, but it turns too serious in some spots and then lighthearte the next minute. Start with the first book in the series, you will be able to withstand this book and then hope for the best with a fourth book!
