Better than average chick lit/romance. Great character development gave the book depth and kept the story believable. Definitley felt like I got my time/money's worth.

There is a wonderful balance of deep emotions and light humor. The plot starts off with Heather and Tony each taking a trip to Vegas and ending up getting married. Through a series of mix ups and misunderstandings, they start pretending to be happily married. Then the story progresses through their experiences as they attempt to convince everyone else that they truly are happily married as they wait for their annulment. There are emotional highs and lows, lots of funny parts and some spicy love scenes. I loved this book and would definitely recommend it.
I expected a lot from this book, it got great reviews from my book challenge group, and while I enjoyed the story and the humor, it took me a long time to warm up to the hero. The story starts off with Tony taking $20,000 from a Vegas jackpot. However, I can't imagine what guy would take money so easily, that's probably my main problem with this story. Anyways, their fake marriage turns into a real one, not an original story but some good moments. It's the first book I've ever read by Jane Graves, and I won't hesitate to pick up another book by her.
