Welcome to Tea by the Sea, a tea shop specializing in traditional afternoon English teas. The shop overlooks Cape Cod Bay. Lily Roberts is the pastry chef and owner of Tea by the Sea. The tea shop is located next door to her grandmothers Bed and Breakfast, Victoria by the Sea. When a very unlikable real estate developer is found dead at the base of a stairway leading from her grandmother's property to the ocean, Lily and her best friend Bernie get involved in proving her grandmother Rose's innocence.

The plot was interesting, and I very much enjoyed the main character, Lily, and the tea room setting. Looking forward to reading the rest of this series.
