terrific book with lots of practical helps as well as encouraging ones! I couldn't have done as well with homeschooling had I not had this book! Terrific addition to the Sonlight curriculum package if you are building you own from scratch!

An excellent "back to the basics" and to the traditions of our country's earlier times, as far as education is concerned. I loved how Mrs. Beechick instilled that extra confidence in me that I needed as my kids went into "Middle School". She truly promotes a quality education through homeschool. Highly recommended!
