just couldn't get into this series
As much as I have come to love Burke over the years, this book annoyed me. There were several spots where Vachss just chose to throw in his political ramblings that left a bad taste in my mouth. Not that I disagree with most of them, more that they didn't necessarily belong where he tossed them out. I'm still scratching my head and going "WTF??"
