This book is the updated version of the book she wrote in 1987. A very religious way of thinking about dieting and body image. She references the bible in almost every paragraph. I actually liked the first edition much better.

This book changed my life!!! I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Seriously God really worked on me through this book and the journey it took me on. So thankful to the authors and to God for helping me to obey his commands for my life!
