i bought this book in the hopes of being able to add it to my collection, however, it wasn't quite what i was looking for. The information is good, but more on par for someone with NO grasp of etiquette. This would be a fine read for a younger lady.

This is a funny, modern, etiquette book.

This is a decent etiquette book, and I like the style of the writing -- it's like a younger, hipper Miss Manners. The annoying thing is that the Etiquette Grrls capitalize significant nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs in every sentence. For example:

"The Etiquette Grrls are Most Fond of American and British Literature written Between the Wars."

or

"If you're Pouring Wine or Serving Drinks, serve the Girls first."

If you're fine with that, you'll probably enjoy this book. I found it irritating, but YMMV.
