Finally, reached disk six. The previous 5 CD's built the story but you'll have to plod through the plot to the last Chapters before it is all pulled together. Characters introduced in early chapters get lost when the next character comes into the story. Thomas Berryman was just one minor interest after all. So... what happens next?
This is, I think, his first novel. It keeps you on the edge of your seat until its shocking conclusion.

I THOUGHT WHAT I HEARD (2ND CD!) OF THIS BOOK WAS CRAP. I SURE COULD NOT FOLLOW IT, VERY DIS-JOINTED, SURE NOT WORTH MY TIME + I NEVER DO THAT. MAYBE IF I LISTENED TO THE WHOLE BOOK, IT WOULD HAVE MADE SENSE, BUT I COULDN'T STAND TO!! SO SORRY MR. PATTERSON...AWFUL!!
Finally got to the end of this book, I don't know why he wrote it and I don't know why I listened to it. I had to listen to most cds at least twice to keep up with the different characters and the ending was very lame. Maybe the book would do better as a movie because it sure isn't worth reading or as I did, listening to.
This book was very interesting !
Another very good James Patterson mystery, full of twists and turns. While it is one of his earlier books, it still showed the mind for detail that he writes with. I enjoyed it alot.
Not my favorite book of Pattersons
