This is a very worthy conclusion to the "Tending Roses" series. I can't rave enough about this book and the others in the series -- insightful, heart-warming, inspirational, the kind of books and characters that linger with you long after you finish the book. Wonderful, sympathetic handling of the history and culture of the Choctaw Nation, I certainly learned so much amidst my enjoyment of this wonderful book.

Absolutely loved this book! Read it in a day and a half! In a way, I was sad when it ended because I felt as though I was right there with the characters. That's the definition of a good book!

This book captivated me from the beginning, especially after reading the 3 previous books. This is the type of book that you do not want to end. I will miss the characters for a long time. Lisa Wingate has an extraordinary way of making you very close to each character as if you had crossed paths with them in this life. Would love a sequel to this book.

I read this book not knowing it was part of a series. I thought it was phenomenal. I don't know what I may have missed by not reading the others, but am curious to see.

The final installment in the Tending Roses series. This final book follows Dell, who we met when she was a small child, into her early twenties. She is still wondering about her roots, and goes in search of her father. Along the way she learns about Chocktaw culture, and meets so many new friends who teach her about the true meaning of family.I cried so many times through this book!
I just read reviews from people who didn't realize this was book 5 in the series. Please read all of the stories, They will touch your heart like this one did!
