I read this book as a young teen. It is about a young girls life after the shooting death of her father. This is still one of my favorite books!
Judy Blume is an exceptional author. As a precocious child, her books got me through a lot.
Another Judy Blume great. Daveys dad is killed and Davey and her family move to be with family. How she copes and goes on with her life.

I read this book and loved it seems borning at first but it will suck you in like a tornado sucks up the roof on a house!!!

This is the story of a young woman with a trajic past. As she struggles to overcome her grief she is encouaged by a new friend who helps her to see life through positive eyes.
The cover is different that the above photo. It is copyrighted in 1981. The book is in very good condition...
I love this book. Read it back when I was seventh grade. Such a good emotional read.
