Oh how I loved Tiger's story. He is so straight forward and primitive in his thinking and reactions. So protective of the cubs and anyone weaker then him, which is almost everyone. He recognizes Carly as his mate immediately when he helps her with her car problem along the road. And from then on it is just a matter of getting her to admit she is his mate.
Carly is a wonderful match for Tiger. He is the first shifter she has any contact with, she knew about them but never met anyone from Shiftertown before. She has no clue what a 'mate' is but she connects with Tiger on some level immediately liking and trusting him. And a great heroine she is...intelligent and strong, she sticks up for herself and for Tiger. She know her limitations and is not doing stupid things all the time. She can reason with Tiger and keep him calm when things get out of hand. And she genuinely cares about Tiger.
Plenty of previous characters showing up and a new character who is pretty interesting. We finally learn why Tiger was created in the lab and what his purpose is. I loved Tiger when we met him in Mate Claimed and I am so glad he got his own story. This could be my favorite in the series so far.
Now I have to wait until 2014 for the next shifter story. Big Sigh!!

Wow! I thoroughly enjoyed this!
When I read the sneak peak in another book, I didn't think I could get into Carly but she was awesome. The scene where she confronts her ex was every girl's dream.
I loved what Ashley did with Tiger's character and his backstory of why he was created. He is so straightforward and in many ways uncomplicated.
On top of that I really appreciated Liam's dilemma of what to do with Tiger and just dealing with shifter / human politics.
The big surprise was how much I adored Walker. I hope Ashley has plans for him and Rebecca.

This book was Ashley's BEST Shifters Unbound book yet! I have enjoyed the whole series, but I particularly love the Austin Shiftertown.
Tiger Magic had it all--a smart, witty, fantastic heroine, and a sexy, strong, caring alpha male. I found myself rooting for Tiger through the entire book!
Loved the storyline, loved the fast pace, loved the characters, loved the hunky man who just wanted to take care of everyone! Definitely a keeper!!!

This book was so satisfying. Action, friendship, danger, love, romance, humans, Shifters, deceipt, alliances formed between former enemies and trust. Loved it
Great story and look into the mysteries behind the tiger shifter. If you like a good read, this is the book for you.
