This cozy takes place in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Well written and held my interest. A local detective with the police force has his teenage daughter visiting for the summer. Unfortunately, she is not interested in sharing her father with his girlfriend, who runs the local bakery. Also, her less-than-desirable boyfriend follows her and brings his troubled lifestyle of drugs with him. Although this is the third book in the series, it can stand alone.
