I was less than pleased with this book. I really wanted to like it, as I am an occasional vegetarian, and am always trying to find new ways to cook with tofu and new books to inspire me. Well friends, this book ain't it! In addition to being terribly photographed and styled (the food all looked unappetizing to me), some of the recipes were terrible. I would recommend a book on macrobiotic cooking,such as "Changing Seaons", which emphasizes subtle cooking techniques.

I really love this book. She teaches you new tricks with tofu. Those enchiladas on the cover are absolutely delicious.
