quite a funny book. are you tired of books where the protagonist spirals downward through drug induced crisis after drug induced crisis? this is the book for you! the protagonist (tommy) spirals downward through drug induced crisis after drug induced crisis (having lots of drug fueled sex), hits bottom (has more drug fueled sex), and then pulls himself together for a happy ending (with more drug fueled sex, only in moderation). hilarious!

When I first started this book, I asked myself why am I reading this? As I continued though I fell in love with the characters and really started enjoying it. I think it's sweet and something that a lot of people can relate to. It's a quick read and it's definitely worth it!

This is usually not a book I would normally read as there is a lot of sexual content, but once you get past that, it is actually a cute story about a twenty-something boy who is trying to find himself outside of the clubs, drugs, etc. The story follows his life and the changes he wants in his life, but is afraid to go after them. The ending does provide a happily ever after as this is a sort of adult fairy tale where the boy becomes a man.

The writing is excellent and there are a lot of British English. Not that the wording is confusing, but I did find myself being confused for some reason. Not sure why.

I liked this book. I found it very satifying. Its not the best book I ever read. I didn't love all the fairytale bits, but I loved the characters relationships, and the complexities between Tommy and Charlie, and even his ex-girlfriend. Its a easy read and for me an enjoyable one.
