One of my faves!! This is a good companion to The Zone book that I previously posted. This one is all about the foods and their ranking according to the zone. It really examines carbs, fat, calories, etc. It gives examples of things to eat and their counts and is very easy to follow. I use some of these ideas to keep track of what I eat. It talks about improving our health by eating certain foods and combinations. It also touches on cholesterol and other health issues. Very good!!
