As someone who is using this as research for a novel I want to write, I'm really impressed. Beautiful photographs, detailed histories and insightful theories of the totemic figure. Great book and easy to follow.
This is a small book, packed with wonderful information about the origin, style, and spiritual meaning of the Totem icons of the Pacific Northwest. Long attracted to their look, and impact, it's great to have found a fellow member that wanted to pass her copy along. Lush with photographs as well, it's a teaching, and a delight!
