What a disappointing book. I was eagerly anticipating this book, it sounds hilarious. I read over 120 pages with barely a smirk, then quit reading it.

The title and cover were excellent, the inner part less so.

I read tons of travel books and this one is now my all time favorite!
I laughed so much reading this book and could relate to many of the situations because I have done a lot of backpacking myself!! I just loved her writing style and found myself underlining all kinds of passages in the book. This is one of my paperback swap books I will NOT repost!

I loved this book! Ayun's excellent combination of hippie-esque travel style and her talent for finding interesting, hilarious, awkward situations will have you laughing at the top of your lungs. People will give you weird looks if you read this in public because you will giggle uncontrollably at various parts.

Interesting read about a gal traveling abroad in various countries. If you have ever dreamed of packing up and traveling the world, going no where in particular, this gives you an idea of what it might be like. Some funny stories about her travels. This book reminded me of, "Eat, Pray, Love", without so much soul searching.
