I had to have the library get this from another library within the state, these books are very hard to get so if you want to read it - try getting through your local library, word of warning!!! very graphic, disgusting, depraved, gross--I couldn't finish it because it was just so depraved and so very unbelieveable. He writes in the back of the book that his first draft was turned down by the publishers and he had to 'tone it down' and when he turned it in again they still wouldn't publish it so it went on hold for a long time, he finally got it published and this is the 'toned down' version, if you want the first version you can get it on ebook
