I really enjoyed this book. These are stories written by a Transit Authority Cop so you read about some very different encounters/arrests than your Street Cop in the NYPD. Working in the subway makes for some interesting experiences/sights. His book did need a little editing as he had a number of run-on sentences but he did a good job of making you feel as if you are there. It amazes me the things that people do. I grew up in NY and took the subway, but he spent a lot more time in them than I ever did. One thing about being a TA Cop is that you work alone almost all of your time. You have to be smart, fast thinking, fast reacting yet calm. If you enjoy true to life Cop stories, don't miss this one!
