Upon the first sentence i could not put this book down. I had to keep going until i completed it. I loved this novel. I will read this again someday i am sure. This is the story of Liesel and her family and Luther who is mentally challenged and his family. It is the story of war, land, troubled families and big secrets. It is the story of love, lies and family sticking together. It is an engrossing story that sucks you in right away and does not let go until you have finsihed it. Even then it hangs on, i wish there were more, i'm not ready for this to end. This author has such a flourish, i believe i'd enjoy her grocery list.
