Most of these stories can be read in 30 minutes, while the first story might take one hour. The book is very appropriately named, because the very end of each story has a bizarrre "twist" that you don't expect. The twist happens literally in the last sentence or two of each story, and the reader is completely surprised.

Some excellent short stories...and most of them really did have a twist I wasn't expecting. Even though they were short stories I thought they were very well developed.

A VERY TWISTING TALE IF THERE EVER WAS ONE...
A man calls unexpectedly on his mistress and sees another man leaving...quarrel ensues..he strikes her...she dies.
He leaves unseen and tips off the police who charge the OTHER MAN...Has he managed the perfect murder or will the tale be yet told?
