No. 2 in D.B. Borton's series about a middle-aged Cat Caliban, a widow lady in Cincinnati with unusual friends and the ability to solve murders. Light, but not really funny, this is pleasant reading.
2nd in Borton's Cat Caliban's mystery series. Fun to read as "Cat" struggles to be a real PI and actually get a license to operate as an investigator.
Another in the Cat Caliban series. After marriage, motherhood and middle age, Cat's going back to highschool to catch a killer.
PI Cat Caliban has three kids and a watchful eye. She is not turning down any cases, and the disappearance of a kitten leads her into a mystery involving a high school basketball hero who was murdered. Cat knows something is crooked - and she heads into action. Good series.

Another Cat Calliban mystery. She's a hoot!! I like the way Cincinnati is showcased - more or less - in her books. M'ann
