This book was just ok - I've read Emma Holly's books before and enjoyed them. This one seems to rely on hot sex scenes more than an actually cohesive plot. The "mystery" part of it was easily figured out very quickly. Having a slow moment - throw in a hot sex scene!

I read a little more than half of this book before getting bored and putting it down. The plot, what there was of it, consists of a woman who owns a diner called "All U Can Eat" (did Prince name this?) who is jilted by her lover and proceeds to soothe her ego by sleeping with a whole bunch of men. After one romp she finds a dead body in the alleyway near her diner. The chief of police arrives and, wouldn't you know it, he's always had a crush on the sexy diner owner but stomps down his lust when she turns out to be one of the suspects. Who killed this strange woman and why should I care? I'll never know because I'm not going to finish it. The reviews keep calling it "toe curling" and "delicious" but I must've missed something because I found it repetitive, forgettable and tamed down when compared to Strange Attractions. There's just no pleasing me, I guess.

Contemporary and in no way supernatural. But if you have read other Emma Holly's novels, you find the same characters she works and re-works in all her books. This is a very erotic story, with a murder mystery, too. I just hated the ex-boyfriend, glad she was rid of him. Wished he had made it on the hit list, too. Not, one of her best. My favorite is Menage and the first two Demon World novels. Personal Assets isn't bad,Stange Attractions was good, too.

Very graphic- contains bisexual scenes. Lite on the plot, heavy on the sex. Charcters not all that likeable.

Last book I read by Ms. Holly was Strange Attractions.....that was one hot book. This book is also very steamy, but has great characters you can't help but like and a story as well. Excellent book, took me 2days to finish. Looking forward to more by her. She does not disappoint.

I enjoy the sexual tension, but found some of the story boring and was turning the pages to find something interesting to read.
This book was pretty spicy! There's plenty of m/f, and some m/m and m/m/f as well. Lots of variation, and it definitely kept my interest.

Another hot one by Emma Holly

All U Can Eat was just OK. I couldn't empathize with any of the characters and the mystery was just OK too. I usually like Holly's books, but this one didn't work for me.

While this book was a bit better than "Personal Assets" let's just say that Emma Holly should stick to writing paranormal or Victorian romances. Yes, there was a plot this time, though minimal, but it was still more graphic sex scenes strung together by a loose plot. I mean for real...nymphomaniac has "relations" with 3 different guys in one day which leads to no less than 12 orgasms? Um, not!

Very HOT book with a nice dose of romance thrown in. Oh, yeah, there's a murder mytery, too.

This was the first Emma Holly book I read. Wow,I loved it. A little mystery,a lot of sex. It was awesome.

This was a great book. Although this book has plenty of spontaneous sex with various partners, this one had a murder investigation plot. I loved the way the Police Chief and Frankie finally got together, and the ending was very romantic. One of her best books by far.

I love Emma Holly's OMG HOT books. Beware if vanilla is more your speed. This one smokes.

Good read. Lots of action. Hot like all Emma Holly books.
Fun, very light read.
In my opinion, this book is pretty good but I liked Cooking Up a Storm and Personal Assets much better.
Great Book! Very Erotic!
Dumb title....not much better of a book!
I complained about the lack of heat in the last book I read. Well, this one made up for it, and there was an attempt at a plot, but the "whodunnit" was pretty lame.

Good story line with likable characters and steamy scenes. The main character Frankie had a hard time figuring out who she wanted to be with...amazing how nonchalant the author was about multiple partners but the ending was worth the some of the weirdness. This is the second book I've read from Holly and both now are better when you finished...at least she can write a great sex scene. Be warned there are M/M and menage moments so if that bothers you, move on.
Emma Holly mixes the erotic with the whodunit and brings a deliciously inventive story to this page-turning summer thriller.
Great book. Not alot of character depth but a quick read. Typical Emma Holly.
Too much sex and not enough a story. The sex scenes are really just porn. Don't get me wrong, I love steamy books, but this one bored me. I actually didn't even read the last 10 pages because I really didn't even care about any of the characters and how they end up.
This was a very steamy book!!! The leading lady really gets around, but this doesn't matter to the leading man who doesn't get around any throughout the whole book. That is until they get together. I really enjoyed this book! HOT! HOT! HOT!
Pretty good story line - and hot, hot, hot! Very steamy.
Erotic fiction
Well it was so hot and sexy the desires of the plot of the story was a very interesting read.. Some may not like two of the MEN in here for they are brothers and that doesn't stop them for trying new things(TOGETHER). The story its self is a Murder Mystery and a Lady that owns a diner and is broken hearted and can't seem to find the RIGHT one until she sees(really sees) the Chief of Police. Very steamy so hold on tight girls....
Quick read. Excellent story line. Keeps you guessing, although you can tell who the killer is and what will happen at the end.
Frankie must clear her name in the murder of a friend, while trying to get over the break up of her long time boyfriend.

Very Good!!
I haven't read much erotica, so I don't have much to compare to. Great sex scenes, but I don't want a romance novel if I'm gonna read smut!!
