If you have a bread machine, this is an excellent resource. I have found his recipes well written and reliable
I've made four recipes so far and they have all been tasty!
I received this lovely hardcover book as gift several years ago. I had one of those big breadmachines that sounded like a great idea (at the time) but then I quickly lost interest after two loaves fell flat. I never did try out any of these recipes and don't figure I ever will. I currently own a "Just For Dinner" breadmaker which I adore because it makes little mini-loaves in just 45 mins. but I'm far too lazy to convert all of these recipes into the proper portions so I'll trade this to someone who may actually use it!
