This is the first book in the Lou Boldt/Daphne series based in Seattle. Very well written police procedural/thriller,
Early Pearson writing. Detective Boldt works hard to solve serial killings with an 'inside' twist. Good read. Older book with looseness.
This was , I think, Pearson's earliest book, and his best. His later work suffered by comparison and became repetitious.
Very good!!! I love the Lou Boldt series!
Good yarn ... if a little heavy on the main character's psychology
Very Good!
Another great book that keeps you guessing--hard to put down.
About a serial killer--did not read.
Seattle is a city paralyzed by fear. A serial killer is loose on its streets. And as each new victim surfaces -- chest slashed, eyes taped open -- the tide of panic rises.
