This is a great book for those who are not typical dieters (fat that want to be normal). This book is specifically written for normal people with a good fitness level that want to become extraordinary. You do not have to want to be a bodybuilder like pictured on the cover, but if you have the drive, discipline and desire to have an excellent physique instead of average . . . this will show you how to do it. Or, if you are a personal trainer who does not quite buy into the "PC" tones of your training manual, this will teach you the truth, not the latest politically correct, over-simplified bologna that comes from most fitness trends and training certification manuals.
