this has to be one of the funniest GH books ever. The scene toward the end of the book is hilarious. The only thing I found disconcerting was the 'cousins' aspect but I realized that was an accepted thing during that time.
If you haven't read much Heyer, this is a great book to start on.

This is one of Heyer's best and that's saying quite a lot... rates right up there with The Grand Sophy for me.

Darracott Place is the scene of much confusion when young Hugh Darracott the son of the family's black sheep emerges as the heir to the family title.
