If you like the Stephanie Plum series you will love this. This is a romance/mystery with no sex but a lot of chemistry. I found myself laughing out loud through the whole book. I totally recommend this book and the entire series. I also recommend the you start with the first book.
I recommend reading the other books before delving into this third book in the "un" series. In this book, Christina's love interest, Lieutenant Rivera, is found unconscious next to a dead woman. The victim is Lieutentant Rivera's beautiful ex-girlfriend- who left Rivera for his wealthy, Senator dad. Chrissy finds herself trying to prove Rivera innocent by looking into the dead woman's past, the connection between the woman and the senator, and into Rivera's relationship with his mother. The suspense and mysery builds and the readers are left wondering if this time Christina's curiosity will have deadly consequences. With each book in her "un" series, Lois Grieman gets funnier and funnier. I'm really getting into this series and can't wait to read the next installment.
Chrissy's life gets crazier with each outing. Her love interest, Jack Rivera wakes up beside a dead woman who just happens to be his ex and his father's current main squeeze. Politics, very odd patients, best friend Laney and a super geek make for a fun sometimes laugh out loud read. 3.5 stars
