A quick and excellent but emotionally exhausting read!
I spent 2/3rds of this book saying "YOUR HUSBAND SUUUUUCKS" aloud as I read it. Given that I was reading it on a public beach, this was pretty awkward. ANYWAY.
This was a really difficult read (especially the first half) emotionally but a really valuable one. I knocked off a star because the behavior of some of the characters infuriated me (see above). I'm sure this was an intentional choice but it just made me mad through much of my reading. I also found the writing style, which has a lot of short, choppy sentences, hard to get into, although as the book went on I noticed it less and it didn't end up really bothering me. Overall if you can handle the graphic material I would recommend this.
