This book takes place in a future chicago. Humans have all evolved into breeds. I really thought the author had a great concept going but it lacked development of the future or the breeds. However if you like a good love story with hot sex than this one fits the bill. The sex (especially in part 2) can be rather gritty and definately parts are out of the realm of the norm. Good read, this was my first by Crystal Jordan but I will definately keep my eye out for more.
