This whole series is wonderful. It makes the characters of the Bible come alive in a whole new way. I highly recommend all of them, but especially the one about Ruth. (Can't come up with the name of it.) In fact, I highly recommend anything by Francine Rivers.

I didn't know I could have so much knowledge of Tamar when she seems to just be a blip in the Bible. My eyes have been opened. The author gave a wonderful account into her life but also into Judah. A book I couldn't put down or stop recommending.
