P.I. Gwen Ramadge, has never seen such a troublesome case as her client, Emma Trent. Police think the twice widowed Trent is responsible for the deaths of both husbands. The police seem to have concrete evidence of her crimes. However, Gwen discovers the presense of an unexpected woman whose life is intertwined with Emma Trent. Gwen is sure this will vindicate Emma if she can only locate this woman.
