Wonderful book-especially if you love historical fiction. This is about King Charles II and his fight to win back the throne. It is amazing how many years he roams about the country and in Scotland fighting wars all against Parliment. Very well written and I have put E.V. Thompson's other book on my reminder list. Highly recommended--if I hadn't promised it to a friend, I would put it on my keeper shelf.
