Good read for a romance (not my favorite genre). Enjoyed the series. Valley of Silence was my favorite of the three.

Excellent series. I love Nora Roberts whatever she writes. I was not sure about the time travel element, but she makes it work. Couldn't wait to finish the series.

The third and final book in the Circle Trilogy finds four of our the six circle members paired up and married and in the land of the Gaells. Moira may possibly take the throne as Queen of the Gaell one of her first tasks in this endeavor is to attempt to pull the sword from the stone and find out if she will be the next ruler of the Gaell.

Guess what? She is.

She takes on the role of leader in a time of war and pushes the people in their training to do battle against Lilith and the other vampires. She also starts an affair with Cian.

I dont feel Im giving anything away, when I say good defeats evil and Cian and Miora end up together.

The twist is who the old man telling the story to the kids is.

This book was much better paced than the second book and I enjoyed the story. And, despite knowing what the ending would be there were still some twists in how we got there.

This is the final book of the "Morrigan's Cross" series by Nora Roberts which centers around a circle of six fighting for all mankind on samhein. I still am convinced this woman has a ghost writer because she releases far too many books for her to write every single one. That or perhaps she wrote for YEARS and was never published and that's what is coming out now. Seriously, I think it is a farce. Also while I am on it, what's with this "NR" logo (seen in upper right corner of the bookcover above)? I know it's never been published... what gives? ?! Ok back to my thoughts on the book. I read Morrigan's Cross and liked it, although I wasn't totally entralled with it. I picked it up when we were on the Outer Banks and the lure of a vampy novel to read during Halloween time was inviting and I couldn't resist. Light read but predictable. Second book, Dance of the Gods, was better and had more humor in it (yay) but again, predictable. Third (this one) again, predictable and I knew the ending of it before I was finished with the first one save for some minor details. I liked the story, I really liked the story of Cian the most but again, all predictable. Still though, a vampire book is one I've been starting to enjoy so this didn't dissapoint, it just also didn't excite me either.
