Ugh, this book was all over the place - the author couldn't stop mentioning how "well educated" he is, his PhD, his wise old Native American friend, his martial arts prowess, and his (not) "totally unique" approach to communicating. The book has some interesting information in it, but you have to dig through a very poorly organized layout and a ton of cliches to get it.
I read it only a week ago, and hardly remember a thing about it.
