A light but lovely account of Vermeer's life and art. Full color pictures abound surrounded by text that acquaints the budding art lover with this Master's work. A book not so big that you won't be afraid to open it once in a while, unlike those coffee table tomes that defy anyone but a body builder to heft it onto their lap.
