This is a beautiful book. You can't help but fall for this very classy (and private) gentleman. It started out a bit slow for me, but if you feel the same stick with it! There is a mystery here that kept me on the edge of my seat and trusting no one. Martin Booth was a wonderful writer and sadly died too young. I'm sure he would have had many more masterpieces ahead of him.
