Very good insite to the people and history of Hungary.

What a great story! This book is filled with characters that you will love and those that you will hate. In reading this book, I discovered Hungary's history of being an oppressed nation, first the German Nazi's and then the Soviet Union. Besides the history of the story, I lived the life of the people affected by these times and how they struggled to live a "normal" life and what they were willing to do to claim freedom. It is filled with love and romance and deception. I found myself re-reading the first chapter as I came towards the end of the book, something I rarely do.
