It's my first time reading this author and I was surprised I liked it. I think I enjoyed the interaction between the characters and their dialogue. It's a predictable storyline. When Connor is on, he is super sexy in that alpha tricky dominating way. And Meagan holds her own. There is a lot of verbal teasing between the two. It's also nice that Connor doesn't spend too much of the book being a complete idiot so it didn't feel like it dragged.

When it was all said and done I just didn't care. I didn't care for either character, both got on my nerves. If this would have taken me longer to read, I wouldn't have bothered.
